CDM and Fire Risk Assessor required to join a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy in London.  You will work on range of projects across the built environment including education, healthcare, industrial, residential and commercial.

As a CDM and Fire Risk Assessor, you will support clients, designers, and contractors by delivering CDM advisory services and carrying out non-intrusive fire risk assessments. You will help to ensure safe, compliant project delivery from pre-construction through to completion and occupation.

Key Responsibilities include:
Providing CDM advice and support to Client Teams, advising clearly of their Duties, developing bespoke policies, procedures and documentation
Attending and co-ordinating Design & Project Meetings as required throughout projects
Visiting project sites
Preparing, co-ordinating and distributing relevant Health and Safety Information to other design and project team members
Overseeing preparation and production of Pre-Construction Information
Supporting and managing CDM Team members
Undertaking non‑intrusive fire risk assessments (Type 1 & Type 3) in accordance with current guidance

Experience

Experience working in a CDM, health & safety or fire safety consultancy environment
Practical knowledge of CDM 2015 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
Experience carrying out fire risk assessments in occupied buildings


Qualifications - Essential:
NEBOSH General Certificate / NEBOSH Construction
NEBOSH Construction Fire Certificate

Qualifications - Desirable:
Minimum level 3 qualification in fire risk assessment

IOSH or other relevant professional membership

This CDM and Fire Risk Assessor role is paying £50,000 to £70,000 depending on experience plus a comprehensive benefits package.
