Hours - Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–5:00pm | Friday: 9:00am–4:30pm

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion. The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion. Working closely with both customers and the external sales team, you will ensure a seamless customer journey while identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide product and technical support
- Prepare and issue quotations accurately and efficiently
- Process sales orders and provide customers with delivery updates
- Identify new business opportunities and support the external sales team
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey
- Keep up to date with industry trends and market developments
- Previous experience within internal sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident using ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
- Proactive, motivated, and results-driven approach
- Full access to your own transport is essential due to travel requirements
- Competitive salary of £28,000–£30,000 DOE
